Microsoft Project Certificate

Do you need to manage projects more effectively? Do you need a method of communicating project timelines and deliverables to your customers or clients?

Microsoft Project helps you stay in touch with your customers, clients and internal team members. Get progress updates, ask quick questions or have long-term strategy discussions, all without leaving MS Project. This certificate program is designed to assist anyone involved with projects in developing a plan, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, accounting for project costs and managing the project budget, analyzing workloads, and dealing with possible project problems.  Microsoft Project takes most manual updating and guesswork out of managing projects. ​ Users enter information about:​
