International Education Week

International Education Week

International Education Week is a national celebration held in November that is used as an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. International Education Week is a joint initiative through the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Education to help promote programs to Americans that prepare them for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences in the United States.

Center for International Programs is proud to participate each year to showcase our diverse campus and present opportunities for students and USI faculty and staff to learn more about the world through our events.

During International Education Week, USI students should make sure to pick up your IEW Passport and collect your stamps for attending events.  USI students who attend at least 3 events and obtain stamps in their passport will be eligible to enter for a drawing for prizes at the annual International Extravaganza! You must be present to win.
