Current Residents
Apply now so you can participate in room selection in March. Current residents with completed applications who do not choose space in March will participate in June room selection after new incoming students. The 2022-23 housing application is available on the Housing Portal.

Offerings for 2022-23

Current residents who complete housing application and pay $250 by March 17 will participate in March room selection and receive $45 Flex Money (added to account after first week of classes fall 2022; students who cancel contract prior to fall semester will not receive the $45 Flex Money).
Same rate as last year for two person/two bedroom, two person/one bedroom and one person/one bedroom.
More two person/two bedroom apartments available for next year (designated and buyout options - designated have full size bed and buyout has two twin beds).
$400 off fall and spring semester for two person/two bedroom apartments (must apply and pay $250 by March 17).
Gender inclusive housing options available.
Summer housing with no summer class enrollment requirement; must live on campus spring 2022 and be enrolled fall 2022.

2022-23 Two Person/Two Bedroom Discount Guidelines

Discount is for current residents living on campus fall 2021 and/or spring 2022.
Current residents must complete the housing application and pay $250 by March 17 to receive $400 discount on two person/two bedroom.
The $400 discount cannot be applied to another room type.
Full rate of $4487 billed to student account. The $400 discount applied during first week of classes in fall and spring semesters.

Room Selection

Room selection for returning residents will be March 21-31, 2022.

Room and Roommate Selection Guide

To participate in March room selection:

Complete housing application and pay $250 by March 17.
You will receive an appointment date and time via your USI email.

Returning students who have signed their 2022-23 Housing Contract and would like to keep their current assignment may select their same room space between Monday, March 21 beginning at 1:30 p.m. to Tuesday, March 22, 2022, ending at midnight.

If your same space is not available or you wish to select a different space, room selection will be available during your assigned timeslot. To find the day and time of when your room selection time starts and ends please go to MY DETAILS tab in the Housing Portal.

If you are planning to be a member of a sorority, fraternity, the Honors Community, Pott College Campus Community (PC3), Health Professions Community, an RA or an RA suitemate, Housing staff will assign you into spaces based on the list received from the house manager or department. You do not need to complete the room selection step.

Any current residents who do not participate in March room selection and have a completed housing application will receive an appointment time for room selection in June.

*Deadline to cancel the 2022-23 housing contract without penalty is May 1, 2022. A housing contract is for a full academic year (fall and spring semesters). Refer to 2022-23 Terms and Conditions.
