Summer Housing

Campus housing is available during the summer terms. Rates for summer 2022 are listed below.

• Rates are $27 per day for a four person/two bedroom or $47 per day for two person/two bedroom.
• The summer contract is available on the Housing portal.
• Students will be housed in the apartments.
• Current residents will not check out of their spring assignment. You will be contacted by Housing and Residence Life when your summer assignment is ready for you to move.
• There is not a summer class enrollment requirement. To be eligible, students must have been enrolled at USI during spring 2022 and be enrolled in classes for fall 2022. 
• Students interested in summer gender inclusive housing should indicate their preference on the summer contract. Please contact our office after the summer contract is available to discuss summer gender inclusive housing options.
