The 2022-23 rates were approved by the USI Board of Trustees on September 2, 2021.
Rates are per semester per student effective July 1, 2022.

1 Designated 2 person/2 bedroom apartments have a full sized bed and one desk with one chair.
2 Buyout 2 person/2 bedroom apartments have two standard twin beds and two desks with two chairs.
3 Buyout 2 person/2 bedroom suites have two standard twin beds and two desks with two chairs.
*Students assigned to the residence halls must choose either the Red, White, or Blue Eagle meal plan. These plans are $2,395 per semester for the 2022-23 academic year and $2,491 for the 2023-24 academic year. Meal plan rates and descriptions can be found here. All students living in University housing will be billed $25 for a housing student activity fee per semester.
All students living in University housing are required to subscribe to the University health care program. These fees will be added to your University account. Contact the University Health Center at 812-465-1250 with any questions.
