- Access the early warning system from the control panel
- Click create grade rule
- Set the rule information and rule criteria in required fields
- Enter a name for the rule
- Select the grade center item where the rule will be applied
- Define your criteria and set the score
- Click review rule area
- To send notifications, click the check box by the people you would like to send to
- Click notification history to check and see if it was sent
