About Us

The mission of Academic Skills is to enhance student success and the educational process at the University of Southern Indiana. We provide academic support services through classes and other learning assistance programs.

• We are student-centered and dedicated to assisting all students as they become self-confident, self-directed learners.
  
  
• We are developmental educators who promote learning as a process and individualize instruction by addressing both the cognitive, the conative, and the affective development of the student.
