The Registrar's Office maintains student academic records. Forms related to registration are submitted to and processed by this office. Students may request an official copy of their academic record (transcript) or an enrollment verification from our office.

The Registrar's Office also maintains all student demographic data and keeps names and addresses current. According to Administrative Policies and Procedures section of the Student Handbook, students must report any change of name or change of address to the Registrar's Office. Current students can view/change their mailing addresses and telephone numbers, marital status, and emergency contacts online via myUSI.
