Faculty Survey of Student Engagement (FSSE) Results

The Faculty Survey of Student Engagement (FSSE) was designed to complement the student survey of engagement and measures faculty expectations for student engagement in educational practices. It focuses on:

• Faculty perceptions on how students engage in activities
• Importance placed by faculty on areas of learning and development
• Nature and frequency of faculty-student interactions
• Organization of time by faculty, in and out of the classroom
