Language and International Trade

Students majoring in French, German, or Spanish may opt for a concentration in Language and International Trade. This concentration combines the study of a global language with a business core, culminating in an internship in an international business or organization.

In addition to coursework required for the language major (30 hours for non-teaching or 36 hours for teaching), students opting for a concentration in International Trade and Business are required to take 43 additional hours of coursework:

  • 30 credit hours of business core courses
  • 13 credit hours of cognates outside the Romain College of Business

Course requirements for the International Trade and Business concentration are available in the USI Academic Bulletin.
