Zoom is a cloud-based video communications app that allows you to set up virtual video and audio conferencing, webinars, live chats, screen-sharing, and other collaborative capabilities.
You don't need an account to attend a Zoom meeting, and the platform is compatible with Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android, meaning nearly anyone can access it.

- Teams Expiration Policy - Due to the fact that anyone with a Student or Employee role can create a team - we enabled a Team expiration policy. Every 90 days a team with no activity will go through the expiration policy process. The owner(s) of the email will be emailed asking if their team should be renewed. If they respond the Team is OK for another 90 days. For this reason we recommend that your Team have at LEAST 2 Owners. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/team-expiration-renewal
