You do not have permission to perform the requested action
If you see the above error - that means that your device's current IP is considered suspicious and is being blocked. Sometimes you have managed to get your IP blocked by guessing the password incorrectly too many times. It could be that you are connected to a risky network. Options to correct this issue:
1. Attempt to get a new IP number (release/renew) - your ISP may be able to assist
2. If you are mobile, change locations/networks.
3. Contact USI Helpdesk during, work hours, give them the error and your IP number (https://www.whatismyip.com) and we can add your IP to an exception list.
