Alpha Kappa Psi Wins Awards at Annual Conference

A group of Alpha Kappa Psi student members from USI's chapter attended the 2016 Principled Business Leadership Institute in Lexington, KY, along with schools from around the area. The Institute offers individuals a structured program focusing on professional skill building at the individual level, while allowing for the opportunity to network with other members and business professionals.

The USI chapter won two of the three awards for their region:

  • Road to Brotherhood Award for best rush/membership growth
  • Most Professional Chapter Award

Of USI winning the Most Professional Chapter Award, regional director Eric Fletcher remarked, "This chapter, time and again, amazes me because they run their chapter like a business and that's how it should be run."
