"Hi Everyone! I am an instructor in the English Department and teach a wide variety of Liberal Arts classes including Composition, Folklore, World and Classical Mythology, Humanities, and Gender Studies. When I’m not teaching or working on research projects, I’m spending time with family, friends, and pets, practicing with Evansville’s Demolition City Roller Derby team where I play a blocker position, or painting along with Bob Ross! As a lifelong learner and liberal arts major, I know how interesting the liberal arts can be and love to see students combine their curiosity and their creativity to better understand and help those around them. I look forward to working with you to create opportunities to get to know the awesome liberal arts faculty and majors a little better!"

TLC Classes:
Students in the TLC will take your UNIV 101 First Year Experience class together. This is a Core 39 required class.
TLC Signature Experiences:
In the CoLA TLC, you'll work closely with Jenn Horn and your RA (Resident Assistant) to choose fun experiences. Maybe you'll check out a film series or the USI theatre performances. Maybe you'll explore careers and majors with the LA faculty. Free food is always good, right? And how about visiting the Mesker Park Zoo? Bowling, ice skating, roller skating, biking on the USI trails... This LLC can be whatever you want it to be--and USI will make sure you get the most out of your experience.
