Lean Six Sigma

Lean Six Sigma combines efficiency with effectiveness, which results in a disciplined method that helps reduce defects in any process - from manufacturing to transactions and from product to service. With less defects in your product or service, you are more able to meet your customers' needs leading to increased customer loyalty.

Organizations that are geographically dispersed, or are made up of many acquisitions, find greater alignment and camaraderie when Lean Six Sigma has been institutionalized. Lean Six Sigma becomes a common foundation for discussions and the tools for accomplishing common corporate goals.

In the two-day, overview of Lean Six Sigma, participants will be exposed to:
• Why Lean Six Sigma is so important in today's competitive environment
• The Key Concepts and Thinking Principles of Lean Six Sigma
• The DMAIC Six Sigma Process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control)

A Lean Six Sigma project simulation will be included, so participants will see how to apply the five principles of Lean into an actual project.
