  • What other Lifelong Learners say about this course:

"The Leadership Challenge program has had a significant impact on our management team and the way they lead in our organization. Learning the five practices of exemplary leadership, being provided with examples during the training, and then walking through the various exercises made it a very impactful learning experience. During the training, and as participants began to intentionally use the five practices in their daily interaction with employees, there has been a positive impact on employee engagement that I fully anticipate will only grow over time."

  • What other Lifelong Learners say about this course:

"Dearborn County Hospital was looking for a leadership development program to introduce to a management team of 90. One that would bring this group (who had never had any formal leadership development ever at this organization) together as a true leadership team. The Leadership Challenge, as presented by Pam Goedde, was the answer to our need. Ms. Goedde was able to customize the training to our needs and presented in a way that allowed our front line supervisors and our Executive Team to interact, to learn from others and create better leaders for our employees and organization. I would highly recommend this to others no matter the level of leadership development you have."
