In this course, you will learn how to write effectively and craft messages that others want to read and act on. This course will equip you with the skills to create clear, concise and professional business documents that build understanding and gain support for your ideas. This course addresses the following soft skills: leadership, communication, confidence, ability to create and edit written reports.
This course provides 12 professional development credits (PDCs) for SHRM recertification. Documentation will be provided at the completion of the course.
