CAYUSE 424 offers an electronic routing system for internal approval of external and internal grant proposals. PI's along with the proposal documents must upload the following documents to facilitate the internal approval process:
1. The USI Significant Financial Interest Determination Form must be completed with each external grant proposal submission. The form must be signed by the PI and uploaded into CAYUSE in the documents section.
2. The Faculty Workload Form must be completed with each external grant proposal and represents the workload of the faculty involved in the proposal if funding is received.
