Students in the Department of Criminal Justice have access to ample internship opportunities. Internships allow students to earn credit while also gathering invaluable hands-on experience in their communities for their future career path. Many students are able to turn these internships into careers upon graduation.
USI Criminal Justice students have served as interns with the Evansville Police Department, the US Marshal's Service, the Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office, the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor's Office, the Jefferson County Courthouse, and many others.
Information on completing an internship for credit can be found here or by contacting Dr. Todd Schroer.
