Current Students: To apply for scholarships, log on to MyUSI, and locate the AwardSpring icon and complete the online application. Incoming Freshmen do not require a login and may use the following application process.
A one-year fellowship to support one or more students interested in exhibition design, publicity, curation, and management at an art gallery through supervised applied training at the Kenneth P. McCutchan Art Center / Palmina F. and Stephen S. Pace Galleries on the USI campus and the New Harmony Gallery of Contemporary Art, located in historic new Harmony, Indiana. 2 to 3 Fellowships may be awarded each year.
USI studio art or design majors who will graduate in the fall or have recently graduated (within the last three years) in studio art, design emphases (graphic design, interactive media, or illustration) or photography are eligible to apply. The fellowship will provide a qualified art graduate a post-undergraduate year to significantly expand his or her artistic vision, to enhance his or her portfolio and to gain maturity as an artist or designer.
