Yodeck is the digital signage managed by IT, and displays current news, weather and university related announcements.
Image submissions display best in a 16:9 aspect ratio. If using a graphics program, we suggest using a canvas size of 1920x1080 pixels.
For images to be displayed:
- If using PowerPoint to create your images, use a widescreen template, or create your own 1920x1080 presentation.
- Export your slides as images in either .jpeg or .png format.
- Name each slide appropriately and number it in the order you’d like it to appear, if you have more than one image, up to 3 images.
