Announcements that appear on myUSI (https://my.usi.edu) have the following requirements:
- A short descriptive title - not to exceed 60 characters.
- Written text for announcement - not to exceed 500 characters including spaces and punctuation.
- Announcement "can" include a link to a web page for additional details.
- Announcement should include an email address and phone number of a contact.
- Announcement request should include an end date for the announcement.
- An optional image that should be at most 433 X 300 pixels (w x h) with a maximum resolution of 96 pixels per inch (ppi).
- Image formats can be .gif, .jpg, or .png. NO PowerPoint or PDF files.
- To maximize the space of your image, we suggest your image be designed in landscape position.
