Why did you choose USI College of Nursing and Health Professions?
I chose USI College of Nursing and Health Professions because of its rich curriculum. The program offers hands-on, evidence-based experience. My second reason was the NCLEX success rate, which is the number one in the state of Indiana.
What has been your favorite memory of your time at USI?
My favorite memory at USI is the friendly one-on-one interactions that I have with my instructors.
What are your plans after graduation?
My plan after graduation is to go into public health in rural and underserved communities. My reason is that people in these communities find it difficult to seek health care, so I would rather render healthcare at their doorstep – that is my top priority.
What would you tell someone who is thinking of coming to USI?
I would tell them that here at USI, our instructors prioritize not only the success of their students, but also their welfare and wellbeing.
