University of Southern Indiana

Grievance Process

If you have concerns about any disability related action taken, a decision made by a faculty or staff member or by a department, you are strongly encouraged to first address your concern to the faculty or staff member responsible for the decision or action followed by contact with that individual’s supervisor if needed. In most cases, this process will provide the quickest, acceptable resolution to your concern.

If this informal process is unsuccessful or if you are need support approaching the faculty or staff person, you may contact the Disability Resources Manager at 812-464-1961.

If the problem is still not resolved or if your problem is with Disability Resources, you should contact the USI ADA Coordinator at 812-465-7101.

It is the policy of the University of Southern Indiana to be in full compliance with all federal and state non-discrimination and equal opportunity laws, orders and regulations relating to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or veteran status.
