Current Students: To request professor letters for your current semester, please contact DR staff for request form.  

After you complete this electronic form, you will receive an updated copy of your professor letter for current semester via email. You will be responsible for sending/forwarding your professor letter to your class professors.

Prospective Students: We love to meet our new and prospective students! If you would like to visit please call or email us to set up a time. We will be happy to meet with you on campus or via Zoom.

USI Disability Resources (DR) coordinates services and academic accommodations for USI students with disabilities to ensure equal access to facilities, programs, services and resources of the University.
