Online Resources

ULifeline

Logo Ulifeline"ULifeline is an anonymous, confidential, online resource center, where college students can be comfortable searching for the information they need and want regarding emotional health.

ULifeline is a project of The Jed Foundation, the nation’s leading organization working to protect the emotional health of America’s college students, and was developed with input from leading experts in mental health and higher education."

Here you will find excellent information on such things as Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Suicide, Eating Disorders, Stress, Alcohol & Drugs, Cutting, Schizophrenia, and Borderline Personality Disorder. In addition to learning more about these, you will also find information about supporting and improving emotional health. You can read people's stories, read various articles, ask an anonymous question of an expert, and read expert responses to the questions of other students.

This is truly an excellent resource!
