Conference presentations by business faculty and students

Romain College faculty and students traveled to New York to the 2018 Consumer Satisfaction, Dissatisfaction, and Complaining Behavior Conference. The title of their presentation was "Elevation of Psychological Capital and Identity Constructs Using Narrative Analysis of Intentional Communities Newsletters." Presenters were:

  • Dr. Kevin Celuch, Blair Chair of business science and professor of marketing
  • Ms. Cindi Clayton '99 M'15, instructor in business communication
  • Dr. Curt Gilstrap, assistant professor of business communication
  • Aleisha L. Jones '17, MBA student

Celuch and senior Logan Hartman also presented their publication, "The Roles of Trust and Confidence in Driving Customer Advocacy and Feedback in B2C Service Settings." Hartman is a marketing major at Romain College, who participated as an Honors Project in her marketing research class. They co-authored the publication with Anna Walz '02 M'03, who graduated with an undergraduate degree in accounting and earned her master's in business administration.
