Accounting major is the recipient of PCAOB Scholarship

Congratulations to Shelby K. Collins. She is the recipient of the $10,000 Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) Scholarship for the 2018-2019 academic year.

Shelby is a senior at the Romain College of Business majoring in accounting, and is president of the Accounting & Professional Services Club. She is only the second person from USI to receive this prestigious award in the history of the program.

"I am excited to accept this award and see that my hard work is paying off," she said. "It will help me begin a master's degree in business administration so I can be another step closer to becoming a CPA."
