Alyssa wrote about her experience as a participant at the summit:

"Beta Gamma Sigma’s 2017 Global Leadership Summit was truly a life changing experience. The summit not only provided us with the opportunity to be taught and inspired by the conference’s renowned speakers, such as NASBA’s Chief Relationship Officer, Alfonzo Alexander, and MBK Management Group’s President, Eugene Lee, but also to build relationships and create memories that will last us a life time.

The positive energy and drive for personal growth is nearly palpable at the BGS Leadership conference, and the event’s stimulating sessions and lessons encouraged each of us to step outside our comfort zones and to challenge ourselves as leaders.  The conference provided us with the unique opportunity to connect and grow with students from all across the globe, sharing our hopes, dreams, encouragement, and advice with one another. Kendall and I were fortunate to meet and befriend some truly amazing individuals while at the summit, including students from New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, Canada, and numerous states across the U.S.  We also had the privilege of working collaboratively with our fellow BGS members on thought-provoking case studies provided exclusively to the conference by KPMG.

Overall, BGS’s 2017 Global Leadership Summit proved to be an extraordinary life experience for Kendall and me, providing us with invaluable personal and life lessons as well as priceless memories and friendships that we will carry with us for a lifetime.  I am incredibly grateful for this tremendous opportunity."
