Mr. Kevin Hammett, president and CEO of Regency Properties, presented his insights on the changing retail ecosystem and the state of e-commerce. His presentation was titled, “The Adaptation of Retail to E-Commerce: A Real Estate Practitioner’s Perspective.”
His presentation delivered perspectives on consumer buying behavior, both online and retail, examined how different sectors are faring in today's economic climate, and looked at the convergence of the worlds of e-commerce and brick and mortar.
Hammett is the 2017 Executive in Residence for the Romain College. The Romain College of Business’ Executive-in-Residence program provides valuable insights into the business world through the experiences of business executives. This year is the 45th year for the program at USI.
