As part of Dr. Dinko Bacic's CIS 601 class, MBA students got to interact with their guest speaker, Tarek Soukieh, using Google Hangouts. During the ‘latest trends’ module of the course, students had a chance to spend two hours listening and discussing Business Analytics trends and typical business analytics project implementation with Tarek.
Tarek is a seasoned professional and expert in Business Analytics with Analytics Managerial and Director roles in leading business analytics firms such as PwC, Veritix, and Precision Dialogue.
This further reinforced to MBA students the importance and relevance of hands-on experience with visualization tools, such as Tableau, and the importance of decision science classes in USI’s MBA program.
