USI's Executive in Residence tells students to become entrepreneurs

Kent Parker, Romain College of Business Executive in Residence, gave a presentation about emerging technological innovations to a crowd gathered in the University of Southern Indiana’s Carter Hall.

Want to have a successful career? Kent Parker has some advice: Become an entrepreneur.

He also cited a 2013 study by the McKinsey Global Institute, which identified 12 disruptive technologies ranging from 3-D printing and cloud-based technology to self-driving vehicles and new oil and gas recovery techniques.
