Attend first club sports meeting (usually in August) |

All members must fill out waiver / member info sheet |

Medical Insurance Card (photocopy) |

Identification (State ID photocopied) |

Grades / Non-hazing release form updated (printed every semester) |

Updated Constitution and Bylaws on Eagle-sync |
