General Credit Card Information
The University commercial card program is administered by Procurement. PNC Bank is the issuing bank of the University Visa cards, which are the Purchasing Card (PCard) and Travel Card (TCard).
Original, itemized receipts should be retained for two fiscal years.
Any questions related to cardholder statements, PNC ActivePay (PCard), Chrome River Expense Reports (TCard), or disputes can be sent to Accounts Payable.
