When To Schedule for a New Headshot
Following are the acceptable and preferred methods for the database photographs:
Opting Out
Individuals who do not want an image to appear on the USI website or in publications must complete an opt-out form. (use your USI credentials to log in)
Due to issues with size, quality and consistency, submitted headshots - personal or professional - will not be accepted for the USI headshot database. Questions can be directed to the Director of University Communications, John Farless, contact: 812-228-5157 or jafarless@usi.edu
How Long Does It Take?
If you are a new employee, give the University a few weeks for your information to process through Human Resources and Information Technology. By your first month of employment, your photos should appear on your departmental web page and in your Outlook email.
