Whether you own a point-and-shoot or an advanced DLSR, this class will equip you with a better grasp of your chosen tool and the necessary skills to obtain successful images by studying composition, lighting, exposure and your camera's settings. Assignments will be given and critiqued so please bring a flash drive, camera and your camera's user manual. Although we will focus on core photography rules and practices, we will discuss the work of great photographers alongside your own work in order to understand the foundation of composition and to create your own compelling imagery.
