A Gap Analysis will be completed for individuals only in the event the student is being awarded clinical hours for previous advanced practice clinical experience. No greater than 10% of the major’s clinical hour requirement will be credited. The student is required to submit a current resume along with a one paragraph narrative explaining why they should be excused from the required total clinical hours for the major. The decision to accept previous clinical experience will be made between the course faculty and the program chair. There is no guarantee any clinical hours will be accepted from previous clinical experience.
