While the Counseling Center's primary function is the direct provision of mental health treatment services, we are deeply committed to experiential learning and to fostering the communication, problem-sovling, analytical, and adaptability skills that students need to succeed both academically and vocationally. Consequently, we regularly deliver outreach presentations related to the aforementioned areas and consult with faculty and staff as they interact with students in distress. Please use the links in the left-hand column to learn more about how the Counseling Center can assist you.
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is a SAFE ZONE for individuals of all ethnicities, abilities, religions, sexual orientations, physical appearances/sizes, and gender identities.
