Non-Degree Seeking Students

Since you only wish to take one or two classes at USI, you are considered a "non-degree seeking" student.

To determine if a USI course transfers to another Indiana college, go to www.transferin.net and review the Core Transfer Library.

Complete an Admission application and select the non-degree seeking pathway.

After completing the application, submit an official final high school transcript or an official transcript from your most recent college attended.

Once admitted, obtain your MyUSI username and password from Information Technology.

Complete the registration process via your MyUSI account.

How much will this cost?

A non-degree seeking student will be charged the following baseline fees for main campus courses:

  • Tuition Rate (per credit hour)
  • University Service Fee
  • Student Activity Fee
  • Transportation and Parking Fee
  • Counseling Fee
  • Program Fee(s) may apply

Please see the list of Tuition and Fees  and Explanation of Fees for additional information.
