Chiropractic practice is a healthcare field that focuses on the main body structures:

  • skeletal system
  • muscular system
  • nervous system

While Chiropractors do not prescribe drugs or perform surgery, they focus treatment on adjustments to elements of these body systems, such as the spinal column. More information on chiropractic practice can be found from the Association of Chiropractic Colleges

USI is proud to offer a 3+3 Dual Degree Pathway Logan University College of Chiropractic.

Students complete 3 years at USI that include Biology major requirements and USI's Core 39 requirements. Students then complete 3 years at Logan University which serves to initiate their chiropractic training and complete the baccalaureate degree from USI. This program serves to shorten the total time for both degrees by a year. You can find a typical USI course of study here.
