USI Application Steps

Step 3: Application to the University of Southern Indiana

1. Create account here

2. Enter personal information

3. Under "Interested in studying", select "Radiologic and Imaging Science, B.S.".

4. Once logged in, click "Create a New Application"

5. Scroll down to the "Undergraduate" section and click "Start a new Undergraduate Application".

6. Complete steps as listed on the application.
