Lockton Company is currently in the process of reviewing USI support staff job descriptions, which were updated and sent to them. They have been pulling market data for more than 100 jobs they will be bench marking. Job descriptions at USI will be measured against this data and Lockton will then make recommendations to the University.
Support staff employees should watch their email next week for a survey on job satisfaction. No one from USI will have access to individuals’ responses.
