Graduate PLUS Loan Application This application is for graduate students who have exhausted their Federal Direct Loan Eligibility and are in need of another loan option. We recommend completing the Graduate PLUS Loan Application online at StudentAid.gov, however, paper applications may be downloaded and printed. Note that paper applications will take longer to process. |
Identity and Statement of Educational Purpose **If you cannot appear in person, due to distance education, contact the Student Financial Assistance Office for further instructions.** |
The Loan Adjustment Form is used for students who are graduating in the fall or for students who are needing to make an adjustment to a loan that has already been accepted/processed. |
Submit only if you (the student) married after filing FAFSA and your marriage date is prior to your first day of enrollment during the 2022-2023 academic year. |
