SILENT AUCTION -- Thank you to all who participated in the Silent Auction this year -- from donors to winners -- we raised $1082 dollars for Scholarships for the 2022-2023 academic year!  The AA & A members will vote in January to determine the winners for next year.  

The Executive Committee decided that due to the continued limitations on meetings imposed by COVID-19 and the truncated 2019-2020 year, paid dues for 2019 - 2020 will extend into 2021 - 2022.  So, if you paid dues for last year your membership will continue into 2022.

You will have the opportunity to meet other USI employees from different departments across campus.

The AA&A started in 1969 and is considered the longest, still active employee organization on campus.

The three reasons for forming the organization were: to build unity within USI for employees, to learn ways to improve professionally, and to establish an endowed scholarship to help eligible USI students.

During the year organization members and attendees engage in a variety of activities.

Joining the Administrative, Assistants and Associates Organization is simple!

There's no interview or form to fill out; all that is required to become an official voting member is to pay a $15 annual membership fee. Dues are normally collected at the first meeting in the fall, but interested persons can join throughout the year.

Benefits include:

• Networking within the employees across the USI campus,
• Improving professionally,
• Helping eligible USI students succeed by supporting a scholarship fund.
